Art Mandala Meditation. Date 20th May 2023 at 12.30pm at Dance, Art etc - 120 Currie Street, Nambour, 4560.

Join us for a 90 minute guided art meditation. We will use art and the ancient practise of mandala to get our mind away from our daily tasks and to embrace the present. 

No art experience is necessary and this class is suitable from beginners to advanced. The aim is to connect with our soul and to enjoy the relaxation that the practise of mandala gives you. 

Art materials are provided. 

Please bring with you a yoga mat, small blanket and a cushion, a bottle of water and a bundle of love.
